Measuring instruments
A high-quality product is the result of precise dimensional control — that's why our technicians carry out thorough inspections on every single component.
Each stage of the manufacturing process undergoes continuous checks and validations, right through to final assembly and testing.
All measuring equipment is regularly calibrated and inspected in accordance with our internal procedures.
Moulds testing
During the final assembly and testing phase, a mould testing press is also used to verify proper functionality. Additional tests are carried out on hydraulic and oleodynamic systems.
Final validation is performed by the Project Manager through the completion of the designated approval form.
QUALITY
The raw materials used are certified and of controlled origin. Both the materials and any supplementary treatment processes are certified and provided to the end customer as attachments to the mould documentation.

MOULD DOCUMENTATION
At mould delivery, alongside the 3D design, we provide our comprehensive mould documentation. This includes certificates, technical data sheets, and testing reports.
This documentation serves as a valuable resource for foundry operators using our equipment, as well as for our customers to verify the quality of the mold.
